Refund On Clickbait Purchase

On September 18, I have noticed that there was a payment made with my bank/money account in the App Store. It was accidentally purchased when I pressed the "free trial" button (a clickbait). I tried various times to get a refund at report a problem section, but I was continuously notified that my request for refund does not meet their policy for refund. I was wondering why I couldn’t get a refund. I did not use the app since the very first day of the free trial, for I request a refund. The amount is quiet big for a subscription and I'm only a student, I badly need the refund for supporting my family. I hope things work out. Thank you for your time.

NO ONE here can help. This is a user to user forum. Apple is not here. Apple does not answer questions here.

No one here has access to anyone's account or purchase details. No one here could grant a refund for which Apple has said this user is not eligible.

Since you are brand new, (Level 1 with 4 points gives away a new account) you should watch for awhile and not inform long time volunteers here how to comment.
