My visa is automatically withdrawn from my visa after i purchase an icloud storage for once

and i can't cancel it.

Can you downgrade your iCloud storage using the steps in the article below? Since you have an iCloud storage subscription, you are required to have a payment method on file. Until you cancel the subscription and the current subscription expires, you won't be able to remove the credit card.
