help! Black screen and image of charger and computer screen

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I have a problem and I need urgent help!

The screen of my iPhone has been black for two days with:

a drawing of a charger,

Above the charger is a drawing of an arrow -that points to an image of a computer screen.

And above write the following address:

support / apple / comqiphoneqrestore

Anyone know what this means?

what should i do?
