App : ready for sale , not available in your country

can you help me here?

My new app is set to ready for sale. It should be available in all countries. But unfortunately the link is not working and on iphone i recieve the message its not available in your country.

Not Available in Country or Region I’m having problems downloading an app coz it says it’s not available in my country or region. So I checked my apple account and it is registered in the country where I’m at. And I have downloaded a pay parking app that I couldn’t have gotten if I were in a different country. I also purchased this iphone on the same country. So I thought it’s an app problem. However, I didn’t have any problem downloading the same app on my android phone. I’ve also cancelled my subscriptions coz it prompted me to do so before I could supposedly change my country or region, which there was no need for since it was set/registered to the correct country. How can I fix this?
