Not Available in Country or Region

I’m having problems downloading an app coz it says it’s not available in my country or region. So I checked my apple account and it is registered in the country where I’m at. And I have downloaded a pay parking app that I couldn’t have gotten if I were in a different country. I also purchased this iphone on the same country. So I thought it’s an app problem. However, I didn’t have any problem downloading the same app on my android phone. I’ve also cancelled my subscriptions coz it prompted me to do so before I could supposedly change my country or region, which there was no need for since it was set/registered to the correct country. How can I fix this?
