I have an Iphone and a Iwatch.
The widget for the battery would be perfect to see both status.
But the only option that I get is showing 4 places and do not look so nice.
Am I the only one? does anyone know if is possible to adapt and how?

Oh now I get what you are asking for. Unfortunately, no, you can't set it to only include two options to monitor, in this example your watch and your phone. My recommendation is to search on the app store for third party widgets that only have two instead of four options.
For starter, update you iPhone the the new ios14 if you haven't already did it. Second, connect your Apple Watch with your phone via Bluetooth. After that just add the widget and it should show you the battery indicator for those devices.

I probably explained myself not clearly.
I meant that the widget available has space to indicate 4 batteries (see images), while I need only 2.
