After consuming upto 3 GB data still the update page is showing:- Update Requested and Estimating Time Remaining.

Updating to 14.0.1

You will not be able to update your iPhone by using a Mobile Hotspot. You will need to be on a WiFi Network AND your iPhone charged by more than 50%.

Thanks for the info Alex. I will try to find a WiFi connection later as I am stuck in a remote area due to Lockdown restrictions where there isn’t any single LAN or Broadband connection is available.
Update 14.0.1 is not initiated after connecting to WiFi via Mobile Hotspot.
