iOS 14 screen time inaccurate

I updated my phone to iOS 14 and now my screen time has started counting the hours I spend listening to music, even when my screen is off. I listen to all my music through Spotify, but the screen time report shows the time using Spotify and the time using the Apple Music app (which I don’t even have music downloaded on). Why is this happening? I don’t like this at all since it makes my actual screen time count way off, by like 5 hours. Can this be fixed?
