When you set up 2FA did you follow instructions and create additional trusted numbers? If you did you can use one of those. Other alternatives:

Log in to https://appleid.apple.com and add a trusted number
If you have a Mac log in to https://icloud.com using your Apple ID. It will present an authorization code which you can then enter
Go to Settings/[your name]/Password & Security and tap on Get Verification Code
If none of these work you can initiate Account Recovery—>Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support
