I need to get into my old Apple ID but it keeps sending a code to a phone that is shattered and in the trash I know my password and email but it won’t let me into it without a code. please help

How can i restore my old apple id? Hello there! I have an old iPhone 6 that stopped working for a while now. I tried to log in but couldn't because I forgot my Apple ID password and to reset the password I have to receive a code on my old phone number which is impossible as it was a very old number when I was abroad. Is there a wat I can reset my password via email instead of a phone number? Thank you.

Old Apple ID needing to reset phone I have an old iphone that is sign in with an old apple id and I do not know the password. When trying to reset the password, I try signing in with that apple id but get the message "....this is not an Apple ID. This email also doesn't exist anymore. Is there anyway to factory rest the phone?

What about signing out of your working phone.

Sign back in with the old ID.

There is your old INFO.
