Did iOS 14 remove Screen Time function from Watch?

Did iOS 14 remove the Screen Time function from Apple Watch? (I have a Series 4 watch). In iOS 13, I could at least see how I was using my apps on the Watch. With iOS 14, I no longer see this. In fact, my Watch is not even listed as a device any more.

Oh. What I meant by “my Watch is not even listed as a device” is in the Screen Time section. In that portion, you can see what devices are using the “Share Screen Time” function. I have an iPad, Mac, and iPhone that all show up as devices in the Screen Time portion. Prior to iOS 14, the Watch also shows up as a device that will display Screen Time use, etc. Now, the Watch doesn’t show up.

And yes, the Watch is updated to iOS 7.0.1

I can also confirm that my partner is experiencing the same issue. His Watch doesn’t show up as a device in Screen Time.

(Note: This is not about the device not showing up as a Bluetooth device. The Bluetooth connection is all fine. Phone and Watch are connected to each other.)
