Why there weak security warning on my home private wifi and I have not change anything

That message means that your router is not using WPA2(AES) or WPA3 encryption. Your router security has always been weak, you just didn’t know it. But iOS 14 now checks, so you do know it now. You can try changing the settings on the router’s admin screen, but if the router is more than 5 years old you may not be able to. You can either continue with weak security (meaning your router is hackable), change the setting, or replace the router.
