MacBook Pro - Outlook store and access

I have 200k emails that are stored on an external hard drive - unfortunately in order to access them and search for information I need to import the entire file(s) search and then delete - at least that is what I know.

Is there another way to access stored emails?

Is there an external hard drive which can store the emails and outlook - so I can access and search?

How to retrieve missing emails from Time machine back up in macbook air? Hello, my hotmail account was blocked & needed to delete mails to empty space but that simultaneously deleted hotmail downloaded e.mails to my apple mail. I have time machine back up to an external hard disc but I did not see where are mails in this drive. Anyone please advise how to restore bulk missing e.mails from time machine back up, thank you?

Find iMac local folder emails on Time Machine bak-up disc Hello, I did post a similar query a few weeks ago but can't now find the thread. Anyway, I file all emails I want to keep under relevant subjects in my Local Folders on the Mail app. My hard drive is backed up continually via Time Machine to a separate disk. How do I find my backed-up emails on that disc please? Regards, Gordon.
