Cant connect to the personal hotspot of the Iphone with the same Icloud

I have the iphone X with IOS 14.2 and MacBook pro 13 late 2013 with catalina10.15.7 but I cannot connect to my iphone hotspot. Althought I use the same Icloud for both of them, each time I need to change the name of the device and connect to this "unknown" device. Both macbook and iphone are up to date.

connection via usb and bluetooth are working well. But sometimes I need to connect to the hotspot and it makes my user experience awful.

Hi elkhan132,

It seems you're having some trouble with hotspot on your iPhone and we can help.

You mentioned you're using the same Apple ID on both devices, are you also nearby with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled for both?

What if you try to set a password and use Personal Hotspot manually, rather than through Instant Hotspot?
