FaceTime stopped working on my MacBook Pro. The suggestions on Apple's support page didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If FaceTime isn't working on your Mac - Apple Support
If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support

Thanks, chuck_3rd - I appreciate your help! It turns out that shutting down the computer and then rebooting - sometimes twice consecutively - restores FaceTime's functionality. It's happened a few times now - hopefully a bug that Apple is working on fixing.
