FaceTime not working on MacBook Pro

FaceTime stopped working on my MacBook Pro. The suggestions on Apple's support page didn't help. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Is it that FaceTime isn't being activated?

Try these steps:

If FaceTime isn't working on your Mac - Apple Support

If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support


Let us know what happens when you launch FaceTime.
