Apple Mail

I have an outgoing email message that will not send - simply flashes on the screen and does not allow me to access my apple Mail account at all. I have force quit Mail and restarted with the shift key down and the problem persists. Help please!

Outgoing mail I suddenly cannot send mail. This happened once before and it took me having to delete and start over input of each of two email addresses onto each of my MacBook, iPad and iPhone to make them all work again. Now it’s happening again. The error I get says there’s a problem with the recipients address, but it’s everyone, so nope. I really don’t have half a day to redo all the settings. Anyone have a quicker path to fixing this?

Apple Mail Creating Hundreds of Email Error Message Windows: This message could not be sent. Each time I try to set up Apple Mail, I get a window popping up that says. Cannot send message.... because your account does not have a preferred outgoing mail server, and then hundreds of other ones pop up saying the same thing. These appear tied to calendar notifications perhaps. I tried removing all internet accounts (icloud and Google) but the minute I try to add an account back again the messages start once more. I cannot even get into Mail preferences, the window messages come so quickly. I mean HUNDREDS of messages. Any ideas? See screenshot. Help would be much appreciated! Thanks, Mick

Mail Hi is someone’s mail(email) not working ? And Apple how can I my emails start sending again?

Disconnet from the Internet and then delete the email from the outbox.

The reason being is that when connected to the Internet the email in the outbox is trying to send so can not be deleted. Once the Internet is no longer available the email stops trying to send and can then be deleted.
