Blocked and unblock someone. Now him/her can’t call, FaceTime or WhatsApp me

Hey! This is dhruv.

i have iphone 11 and i blocked a person and then i unblock him/her but the person i blocked couldn’t make calls to me now even he is unblocked.I can’t recieve facetime from him/her and whatsapp calls are also not being recieved!
