Can’t Receive FaceTime call, says blocked
Can’t receive a FaceTime call, stating it’s blocked but the number is not blocked. Somehow hit a setting ? Already updated and restarted phone

Please make sure the number you are referring to is unblocked in FaceTime.
Go to:
Settings > FaceTime. Now, under Calls, tap Blocked Contacts and check if your number isn’t there.
Also, please check: If you can't make or receive a FaceTime call on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
