What does it mean when you can facetime someone but their calls go straight to voicemail and my messages won’t go through. I seen on google if you can facetime you aren’t blocked but then why are my messages not going through along with a normal call. Am I blocked or not?

There is deliberately no means to determine whether you are blocked, other than by asking the person.
If you have reason to suspect you are blocked, then best to cease contact. Let them contact you.
But if you can FaceTime, then you are not blocked.
The recipient may well be using a feature such as Focus, and muting some disruptions.
Well, if the FaceTime rings does that mean they are receiving the call or that it is going through?
Could they possibly just be on airplane mode?
FaceTime works, but calls and messages don't go through in iPhone
