having hard time pulling my purchase receipts

didn't receive my email receipts. my email on apple id finished with mac.com. The apple rep told me that you will receive the receipts on my icloud.com email. I haven't received the receipts and they is no way to get a copy from the apple.com site. I have wasted so much time trying. I need help.
