I used my work email to buy Mac (that doesn't have a Apple ID account) but need the receipt now for my tax return. Can I still get the email?

You may be able to change email address on the Apple website, but I doubt it will be retroactive. especially not if you've already made the purchase and the email has been sent.
But all you have to do is check our work email.

I used another email that isnt logged in to Apple ID to purchase Mac, I need the receipt though
