CHANGE FORMAT without Losing Data (Mac OS Extended to MS-DOS FAT32)

Hi everyone.

I have this hard drive which is formatted as MAC OS Extended and whenever I plug it on my PC I'm not able to transfer any files to the hard drive. I tried converting it on my mac but the Enable Journaling is all greyed out.

I don't want to format this hard drive as it contains 1TB of photos and videos. Please help. Thanks. My mac is running on macOS Catalina

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
