What happened to the filters on the camera on the iPad Air 7th edition for IOS? And what happened to the old school photo booth?

Have you moved the Photo Booth App to a Folder? You can use the iPad Search function to find it. Simply swipe downwards with your finger from any empty space on a Home Screen to expose the Search dialogue - then enter an appropriate search clue (such as Photo or Photo Boot); of present on your iPad, you find the App.

If you have deleted Photo Booth from your iPad, it can be downloaded from the Apple App Store:
