can anyone help me out. I am trying to send money thru iMessage but it keeps saying to sign in to icloud and iMessage using the same apple id. I am and have been signed in with both with the same apple ID. I tired signing out both icloud and iMessage couple time but didnt solve this issue. I have the latest ios

Then we'd suggest double checking the Apple ID information for iMessage and iCloud. You can check the Apple ID for iMessage in Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. You can find your iCloud Apple ID in Settings > Your Name.
