Allergy to Fake Metals

I found out recently that I'm allergic to fake metals and I get itchy rashes on my wrist. I'm thinking to buy an apple watch series 6 Graphite Stainless Steel Case with Graphite Milanese Loop. I'm afraid i will get an irritation out of it.
