Hi all,
When I open the blood oxygen app on the Apple Watch it redirect me to the iPhone.
Unfortunately, I do not have the Blood Oxygen 'App' or any other function in the Apple Watch App (on my iPhone).
Even the search is without any result.

Seems to be a bit misleading.
Apple Supports YouTube video has the correct set up instructions:
Open the Apple Watch App.
Tap Blood Oxygen
Tap Enable.
Make sure you DON'T run the beta version of iOS as users has reported that it causes issues with activating blood oxygen:

Hi Randy,
Thanks for your reply but it doesn't work for me. I tried it via the Health App as it was written in the instruction you shared but I don't have the opportunity to activate it in the Health App.

What country are you in?
check the list of countries that that app its available
then check for you iphone update version it has to be the 14.0.1
