I am recharging from Starmaker apps,, but I'm not received my purchase

what is the problems in my itunes, it was deducted but no coins in my starmaker apps. please help me. thanks

Purchase of an app on app store it didnt go through but deducted money from my account Monday, july 31: i bought procreate, but a pop up appeared and said the payment cant be processed in itunes etc. i checked the app again, of course it was not payed, i checked my account where i put my money in and suddenly it was deducted! There wasnt a notification or whatsoever. Any possible way on fixing this?

Billing Problem Whenever I try to update this free app of mines it says there was a billing issue with a previous purchase. Ive tried to see if I have any unpaid purchases, but it’s trying to charge me just to look at them.
