Several numbers may be re-used that cannot be confirmed as precise reference part numbers.
Some of the keyboards likely may require a top-case to be included ~ for proper fit and finish.

& have present service business, acquire parts. (IF they are Apple authorized, with proper parts.)
An incorrect &/or mis-match of keyboard without correct top-case would explain this issue.

While I've an early 2006 MacBook1.1 (1.83GHz) here, I've not had any keyboard issues.
