Upgrade RAM & Processor of MacBook Pro 2020

Hello people,

I have got a new MacBook Pro 2020 with i5-10th gen processor and 16GB of RAM. However, I want to upgrade it’s processor and RAM to i7-10 Gen and 32GB respectively.

Is that possible? If yes, how would I?
