I have a 2020 MacBook Pro 13" with Intel i5, 8GB RAM, 512 SSD.

I would like to upgrade RAM and SSD, but I am not sure if this one could be upgraded, please everyone give me any recommendation.

You can't change out the hardware after manufacture of the computer.
