Upgrade RAM and/or SSD on new MacBook Pro 14" (2021)

If I buy a MacBook Pro M1 Pro 14" (newest, late 2021) with 16 GB unified RAM and 1 TB SSD, will it be possible to upgrade later on? Thanks in advance for any replies!

That wording ai already stronger than what they used to say, and the last MacBook Pro with user-upgradeable RAM was released in 2012.

Thanks for the quick and unequivocal answer. If that is the case, why doesn't Apple use a less ambiguous phrasing regarding upgradeability? I mean, "Note: MacBook Pro memory is not user accessible. If you think you’ll need additional memory, it’s important to upgrade at the time of purchase" doesn't really say it's impossible!
