Iphone 11 Pro Stuck in Apple start up

Hi,

Please can you help my iphone 11 Pro was running a back up and frozen on me, I re-boothed the phone and it never progressed past the apple screen.

I read up how to rebook pressing the volume up then the volume down quickly then pressing and holding the power on button till it went black and holding until the apple came on.... I have done this multiple times and still the phone does not progress beyond the apple start up icon, what should I try next? I have put my sim in an old phone and am available at IRELAND
