iPhone 7 Bluetooth Problems

Hello members, iPhone 7, iOS 14.0.1 Bluetooth keeps shutting off randomly, when attempting to reconnect the toggle switch is set to "off" turn on and just get the spinning gear. Researching around I have attempted the following without success. Reset network setting, soft rest, restarting, clearing cache, forgetting the 2 devices and trying to add back. When it turns on it will disable itself the moment I try to use it. I am using Airpods and a Fitbit smart watch. Any thoughts on this? Could really use some help. Thanks
