MacBook Pro speakers suddenly very quiet

I just recently got the MacBook Pro 2019 16-inch with the touch bar. Everything about it has been working completely fine, until just today. I didn't realize it until I was watching some youtube videos, that my volume was oddly quiet. I figured it might be an audio issue with the video itself, so I went to spotify and played a song, and it was still very quiet.

I checked and my volume is all the way up. I'm not sure what to do. So far, I've tried to restart my sound controller by going into Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor and looked up "coreaudiod" but nothing showed up. I also made sure that I wasn't connected to any bluetooth devices that might change how the volume is, but it hasn't done anything
