The problem is that when I turn on the silent mode, the vibration only works after a while (5 minutes or more). It started even before the ios 14 update. When I updated the iPhone, the problem disappeared, but soon reappeared. A similar situation with notifications. I quickly received several notifications, and the sound worked a little later at once for all the notifications together.
How can this be fixed?

We'd also like to have you check the settings on your iPhone:
• Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration. This setting should be On for vibration to occur.
• Settings > Sound & Haptics > Vibrate on Silent. This setting should be on for vibration to occur in Silent Mode.
