Re-installing OS on MacBook Pro
After I choose to install OS X Yosemite, It asks to chose a disk to install it to but there is no options to choose from? How do I find these options?

Open the Disk Utility and mount, repair, partition, or reformat the internal drive. If it doesn't show up, it's either dead or not properly connected to the computer.
If you see a Mac OS X Base System entry, that's loaded from Apple's servers and isn't the internal one.

That usually means your HDD is dead. Can you open Disk Utility to see if the drive appears in Disk Utility? If so, then you can try formatting it before the installation. If the drive is dead, then it will have to be replaced. If you have an external drive, then you can connect it and use it for the target. Once you boot the computer from the external drive, you can see if the internal drive is still functional. See below for booting from an external drive.
