snapchat

I had downloaded snapchat and the keyboard wasnt working so i deleted it and was trying to reinstall it but once i go to the app store it says open but i cant open the app it shows in my settings snapchat as it was on my phone but its not even under my iphone storage snapchat doesnt pop up but it will on my homescreen as if it was downloading but wont work i cant even open the app how do i fix this ?
