Snapchat is glitched on my phone

Snapchat is glitched on my phone and I try to delete it but I go on the App Store and it says open instead of install and I restart my phone and it’s just there again whenever I restart my phone and the same thing happens I’ll delete it and it will still say open on the App Store and I’m scared that my phones broken or something please help. I reset all my settings on my phone and it’s still happening. It doesn’t even show the actual app image it’s just a white image with lines on it and circles. I looked at a thread that said to restart my phone and I have over 10 times and the app just comes back.
