How does one eliminate bar markings from the ruler?

I do not want to see bar markings but rather just time markings (which show up on the secondary ruler).

Is it possible to make the bar markings be hidden?

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.14

Tracks area menu bar > View > uncheck Secondary Ruler

then

Main menu bar > File > Project Settings > General > uncheck use Musical Grid
