I’ve just updated my iPad to iOS 14 and really like the today view. But I have been unable to get it to always stay visible on the home screen, although I have followed the instructions. When I have the today view up and long press on the screen, and the widgets jiggle, there is no option to keep today view always visible available at the top, as the article says there will be. How do I get this option to reappear? Thanks

Today View is great feature to quickly glance information from your favorite app. We'll be happy to help.
Just to be sure did you put your iPad in landscape mode to see if the option of, "Keep On Home Screen" appears? That information is outlined in this article: Add widgets to the iPad Home Screen
You can also go in Settings > Home Screen & Dock. Do you see the option to turn on, "Keep Today view on Home Screen"? If so, please toggle that on and see if the, Today View stays on the Home Screen of your iPad.

That is correct, by having, "Bigger" selected in Settings > Home Screen & Dock, the option to toggle on "Keep Today View on Home Screen" is grayed out.

Thank you PsyDye, but that didn't work. The "keep Today view on Home Screen" is turned will not turn on in Settings, unless I change the icons to "more" rather than "bigger." So I guess Today view isn't available on the home screen when Bigger icons are selected?
