Phone calls showing us as United States
Since the 14 iOS update incoming calls do not identify the town but show us as “UNITED STATES” instead and this is not acceptable

We'd first like to have you begin with making sure your iPhone is updated with both the carrier settings and newest version of iOS. Try our steps here:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad
Once those updates are complete, check if your incoming Caller ID information updates and shows appropriately.
