can't update iOS 10.15.7
why I can't update 10.15.6 to 10.15.7 for my 2018 MacBook Pro13 inch ?
It keeps stop when I try to download, over and again.
what should I do?
should I Update it or not ?

Not, really. I would have to know more about your computer's state in order to explain why it's happening. There are many possibilities. Your drive may need repair, your existing system may be corrupted, your model has a T2 chip, the drive is encrypted, the original updater was bad, etc.
Did you try the combo updater, and did that fix the problem for you?
Don't know about the original poster, but I realized I didnt have quite enough memory left over. Freed up some space, and the update installed.
