Flower Vase and Computer were in the seat of my car & vase turned over

I didn’t realize my computer was sitting in my seat. I got in my car and sat my vase of flowers beside it. As I was driving, the vase turned over and the water spilled on my MacBook. As soon as it happened I picked it up and dried it off. I don’t know if water got on the keyboard, I don’t think it did. I am worried that it got into the ports on the side of my computer. I just got this MacBook a couple of months ago. It has two charger ports on each side. I came home and turned it upside down. I can now hear air coming from it. What do I do?
