Accountsd 400%
The laptop's fan is noisy. The accountsd process using all CPU resources. It is impossible to work and laptop is very hot.
Hi,
Kill the "accountsd" with Activity Monitor could solve the issue.
accountsd will up automatically.

Hi, this is a big problem because there are many people talking about it that appears in some cases (my case) after the upgrade to Catalina 10.15.7 which I did the last weekend in my MacBook Pro 15inch, 2019.
I tried killing the app and the procedure suggested from some people: log out of iCloud, reboot and log into iCloud, but the accountsd is still burning the CPU (more than 400%) and the battery is going like ice-cream in the Sahara (as one user wrote).
We really need help with this issue.
Have you tried simply restarting the computer?
Are you running any anti-virus or so-called "cleaning" software.
