My daughter's iphone was stolen, now its returned disabled, how can I enable it saving her data

Sorry, but the data on the phone can't be saved, if the device has been disabled.

You can only use a recent backup, to get at least some data back.

Did you use iCloud prior?

If it's disabled you can't. Anything that was not already backed up is gone.
