iPhone 7- I called apple assistant from my SIL’s phone. They had him erase & restart my phone & STILL can’t receive or make calls. They made me an appt w/apple but it’s not for 4 (More) days. Then T-Mobile told me apple probably won’t do anything to help me bc I have a nick in my camera, but I’m not paying to replace a phone that suited me & worked just fine before this stupid update happened this week. Ugghhh! Can someone please help me??? I can’t afford a new phone rn anyway w/my husband outta wk & now having to move next month . The tech on the phone said that the people in the stores (which you have to have an appt for) have more technical capability in person to possibly uninstall the update & reinstall the previous IOS. I’ll post my results after my appointment. If they try to discredit my issue & say it’s water damage or some other bull I will put apple on blast bc rn very few people can afford to just throw away $400-$1100 on a new phone! If someone reading this can help....please respond.

None of these steps have worked on my iPhone 7. I’ve been unable to make calls or receive calls since the iOS 14 update happened on my phone this past week. I’ve restarted, checked the network settings, made sure my volume was not off, or on DND, I’ve erased it (w/help of apple tech over the phone) & still ... have no idea what the problem is. Is it possible to uninstall the latest update? I have an appointment with apple on Wednesday but I’m not going to be forced to just buy a new phone bc there’s a micro crack in the camera which was there when my daughter gave it to me. Please help. I’m afraid to leave bc in case of emergency I have no working phone. My phone doesn’t make or receive calls now & I can’t play music anymore. I’ve seen hundreds of people w/the same issue. Please tell me there’s a solution?
