IOS 14 Inline Reply Message feature not working

I am in group text with 3 iphone and 1 android users. My inline reply feature does not appear when I hold down or double tap a text bubble.

That’s because it is an iMessage feature. Since you have one Android participant, the message thread you are in it is SMS or MMS and will not be available.
