May I delete the old photo library and still find every picture in the new one . I have a MacBook Airmac

I believe you are asking if you can delete the old iPhoto Library, and the answer is yes.
The new Photos app replaced iPhoto. When you first launched it, Photos offered to migrate the older app's Library. The new Library is called Photos Library.
