We have fired an employee and now OUR phone is useless.

Apple needs to fix this flaw in their support process. they basically say doesnt match our records NOREPLYEMAIL address!!

What flaw? Did you actually speak to Apple Support of the Account Security Team? Did you provide them with your company account information and the receipt invoice for the iPhone. Did you have your purchasing agent handle this? And why were you letting employees put their own Apple ID on a company phone?
