Hello, I would like to know if when the heart rate of a person beats faster or has palpitations, if the Apple Watch beeps or vibrates to alert the person wearing the watch? I actually don’t want it beeping or vibrating, so I want to know if I can turn all notifications off including while I’m sleeping. I want to be able to look up the heart rate on my own without it alerting me. Please let me know if this is possible. Thank u
